The estate has two tennis courts and a clubhouse with braai facilities available for the use of the residents. Various activities are held in the estate throughout the year and includes an Easter Egg Hunt, Carols by Candle Light, Cycling, a holiday program for the estate children and various educational programmes for domestic assistants.

Bird Watching & Bird Hides

Xanadu Nature Estate is home to over 280 different species of birds and there are various bird hides on the estate. These provide residents with a tranquil environment from where to observe the bird activity.

Cycling Routes & Hiking Trails

There are ample walking trails within the estate that provide a safe, secure and fun weekend excursion or early morning outing. Pack a picnic basket and take the kids for a day of exploration in nature.

Trim Gym

Xanadu Nature Estate is also home to a high quality, outdoor Trim Gym situated on the main boulevard. The gym s made from high quality recycled materials.

Photographic Club

Amateur photographers within the estate get together on the last Wednesday of every month toshare their photographic work. Images from all walks of life are submitted and members share their love and passion for photography. Photos are not judged, nor given star ratings. Every photo is discussed by all present, ideas and knowledge is shared to promote interest in photography in general.
